At-home exercises for after your dry needling treatment

Eliminate your chronic pain by booking an appointment for dry needling in Portland at To The Point PDX, and by actively working on your posture at home.

Dry needling is most effective when you follow up your treatment with exercises to strengthen the muscles that were released during the treatment.

Patients are encouraged to strengthen agonist and antagonist muscles using Egoscue exercises.

In addition to dry needling, practicing the exercises in this video 4-6 days a week will help reduce your low back and lower extremity pains.
