Dr. Sarah Hammer Stevens is the owner and manager of To The Point PDX.

She received her doctorate degree from the Pacific College of Health Sciences where her research focused on dry needling and corporate acupuncture. Sarah is dual-licensed as an acupuncturist (the only practitioner type that can legally perform dry needling treatments in Oregon) in Oregon and Minnesota.

Sarah is a faculty member at the National University of Natural Medicine and supervises clinical students in the university's teaching clinic. She is a regular guest on a variety of podcasts including Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend as The Needler for Skeptics. Sarah has been featured in Competitor Magazine and was a presenter for the Injury Prevention Summit as an expert on dry needling for runners.

Outside of the office, Sarah is an avid runner, cycler, swimmer, backpacker, hiker, and triathlete.
