Welcome to To The Point PDX

  • When you arrive at the clinic, the door will be locked. The door is always locked; if you’re waiting more than a few minutes outside, give a knock and one of our patient coordinators will let you in and give you a tour of the office. Trust us; we know you’re supposed to be there when you arrive!

  • During the first 30 to 45 minutes of your appointment, your clinician will conduct an intake and evaluation. This may include a verbal intake, orthopedic examinations and/or range of motion testing. The provider may also administer a variety of evidence-based outcome measures to establish a baseline to measure the efficacy of your dry needling treatments.

  • After the intake, the provider will perform the procedure. You may be asked to remove certain articles of clothing and lay on a massage table either face up or face down in a medical gown.

  • When you leave the office, you will be given a personalized treatment plan that will outline the course of your care and set clear metrics to assess the treatment plan’s success. Our providers will design a 6-10 visit treatment plan that will help you reach your goals.

  • You will also be provided after-care instructions, also found here. There will be plenty of time to ask questions.
