“I was an NCAA D1 All-American Athlete, and was very hard on my body throughout most of my young life... In my late 30’s significant pain in my neck and arm lead me to several neurosurgeons that suggested a multi level disc replacement... dry needling was a game changer. ”
How can you treat sciatica?
Dry needling is effective at treating sciatica pain.
Sciatica is one of the most common complaints for back pain. Sciatic-like pain can refer down the leg, around the glutes (usually meaning pain in the low back that shoots down the leg), but sciatica is not that common. Chiropractic care can also decrease the discomfort that comes with a herniated or pinched disc.
Unsure if you have a herniated disc in your low back? Or are you unsure if you have a herniated disk in your neck? Schedule an appointment with Dr. Sarah, Dr. Lauren or Christina and we will evaluate your condition and come up with the proper care that may include a combination of dry needling, acupuncture and chiropractic care.
