To The Point PDX Staff Spotlight: Cleo the Clinic Dog

Cleo cuddled on her pink blanket in the To The Point PDX clinic.

What is your official name?

Cleopatra Tiny-precious-princess-poopy-pants-of-joy Brown. My uncle Jeff gave me my middle name.

Do you have any nicknames?

Everyone calls me “Cleo” or “Little one”

What breed are you?

Chihuahua-Terrier mix. At least that’s what the Humane Society told my family when they adopted me.

What words do humans usually use to describe you?

Sweet, soft, cute, cuddly

Who is your mom? What does she do at the clinic?

Kathy. She’s a Patient Care Coordinator at To The Point PDX. This is one of my favorite pictures of us.

What do you like most about your mom?

When she scratches my belly in the morning.

What’s your job at To The Point PDX?

Greeter, kiss giver, protector, and Dr. Sarah says something about being the “HR director”

What’s your relationship like with the staff at To The Point PDX?

I love Dr. Sarah & get very excited when mom says we’re heading to the Clinic! Sometimes, I try to go into the treatment rooms with her, but Mom makes me wait by her desk. I also know Christina pretty well because she is a dog whisperer! I’m still getting to know Liesl, our Massage therapist and I still need to meet Sarah G. our craniosacral therapist and Fara, our assistant clinic manager, but I am sure they will love me!

What do you like most about being at the clinic?

It’s hard to choose my favorite part. I love seeing Dr. Sarah and her patients. I like giving kisses and laying on the couch in the sunshine. Plus, I always get a lot of treats when I am here!

Cleo hard at work.

How do you feel about needles?

What are needles?? Oh wait, I think Christina put some of those in my dog-sister to help with her sore muscles.

Anything else you think people should know about To The Point PDX?

The staff and patients at To The Point are the BEST! I get nothing but love and attention when I’m here and I give lots of love in return. It is so relaxing and friendly and people seem to feel better when they leave than when they came in!

I hope to see you soon!
