Central sensitization syndrome

Being diagnosed with Central Sensitization Syndrome (CSS), or one of the many disorders this diagnosis encompasses, can be a frustrating diagnosis. There are few solutions to this diagnosis, and there is no cure. But dry needling can manage your symptoms of CSS.

An illness described as a CSS involves something called central sensitization. "Central" means the central nervous system, which is made up of your brain and spinal cord. "Sensitization" is the end result of something that has made you sensitive.

Dry needling can disrupt the feedback look in the central nervous system (CNS) and the peripheral nervous system (PNS), giving patients some relief from the nagging, painful and infuriating symptoms.

If you’re been diagnoses with CSS, or any of the below diagnoses, call To The Point PDX. We can answer any questions you might have about Central Sensitization Syndrome.
