Dry needling for headaches

Check out the red splotches on the diagram (also known as referral patterns of a trigger point); do you experience pain in any of those places?

Or maybe you have some of the following symptoms:

  • Frequent headaches,

  • Unexplained tearing up or eye reddening

  • Sinusitis and sore throat

  • Ear popping

If so, dry needling of the Sternocleidomastoid, or SCM, might be your cure.

Most often the SCM is responsible for sinus headaches and top of the head pain.

Cool huh?!

The red splotches tell you where you might be feeling pain, and the black x's show you where you probably need a muscle released by dry needling.

It's magic!
