To The Point PDX's chief acupuncturist, Sarah Hammer Stevens, LAc was recently married on a snowy day in June. Knowing that acupuncture can calm nerves, Sarah invited her acupuncturist to give her a mini treatment right before she walked down the aisle.
If you don't know by now, Sarah was one of the biggest skeptics of acupuncture before she decided to leave a career in PR for Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (you can hear part of her story on the PDX Small Business podcast). It was a running injury that turned Sarah on to acupuncture - and that ultimately lead to To The Point PDX - the best Portland acupuncture clinic for skeptics.
Simply put: acupuncture works. For running injuries, headaches, allergies and to calm nerves - even when you're about to walk down the aisle.
